Online Auction starts March 5, 2018

The live auction will be a night full of friends and community building, as well as raising funds for our incredible school. We will be entertained again by our amazing teacher band, Rainy Day Recess, featuring Mr. and Mrs. Pendergrass and others. Our live auctions have gotten better each year… join us and help make this one the best and most fun yet!

 

TICKETS:

$50 per ticket, or $100 for a pair (with a shared bid number), or a grab a group of friends and get a Table for 10 @ $500.

“Sponsor a Teacher” tickets will also be available @ $50/ticket. Online ticket sales start January 19, 2018. Don’t delay to purchase; you don’t want to miss out on the fun!

ONLINE AUCTION:

The online auction will launch March 5, 2018. Everyone can bid… no tickets required. Watch for more details as we get closer to the date.

 

DONATIONS:

Here is the deal … if every family at FPE were to think of 1-2 people in their lives that they could ask to donate something for the auction, we would have an overnight procurement success. Of course, we have a team of people working on this already, but what generally brings in awesome donations is a connection. If you know someone who has a vacation home and could donate a weekend or someone who could donate sports tickets or theatre tickets or a GM at an amazing restaurant, please ask if they’d be willing to offer something to auction off on March 10th!

VOLUNTEERS:

We need your help – big or small, the night of the event, or at home before the event. The auction volunteer list is varied. If you work the live event, we promise that you’ll be able to bid and enjoy the night with your friends. We need help with anything from selling raffle tickets, to bar recorders, to bid spotters, to registration, check out and wine pull, etc… or even with procurement over the next month. If you’d like to volunteer in any capacity please email auction@fpepta.org or visit the website, www.fpepta.org and sign-up in the volunteer tab. If you’re not sure in what capacity you might be able to help, don’t worry, we will assign you a job that you feel comfortable with!
